TAURAS-FENIX WILL PRESENT NEWLY-DESIGNED PRODUCTS AND BEST SELLERS AT DAIRY EXHIBITION

Machinery works TAURAS-FENIX has updated the list of filling and packaging equipment, which will be represented at the exhibition "Dairy and Meat industry 2016" at Moscow "Crocus Expo"from the 1st till the 4th of March. At the request of partners and customers, the central place will be given tothe latest developments.

Previously TAURAS-FENIX announced what machines are planned to be shown at the exhibition. However, the company received many requests from partners and customers to demonstrate in action other models that are in demand in dairy industry, including the latest developments, have already been put into serial production.

TAURAS-FENIX is the manufacturer ofmore than 150 models of filling, packaging and food processing equipment. At the exhibition stand even a small part of this range of machines cannot be presented. Not to mention the fact of showing them in use.

That is exactly why the company refused to show the well-known LINEPAK FA (which is usually used for filling and packaging of cottage cheese) and TURBOPAK 254 is used for packaging intothermo sealed film. Both machines are successfully functioning at more than one hundred food and processing enterprises in Russia and abroad, and earned the best reputation. Instead, at the stand of TAURAS-FENIX (please, note, the location - "Crocus Expo", pavilion №1, hall №3, stand C301) will be exhibited PITPACK SMART (in stainless steel) and TURBOPACK 186, causing the greatest interest of top managers and specialists dairy enterprises.

TF RPP 6000
	Line for filling of milk, kefir, ryazhanka, cream, yogurt, sour cream, and other liquid products. Filling and packaging of products is realized into rectangular packages of high-density cardboard with double-sided polyethylene coating (Pure-Pak®, Tetra Rex®, Diamоnd Curve).
TURBOPACK 186
	Brand new machine for packaging intothermo sealed film. It provides transport packaging of all types of products in rigid and flexible containers (glass, metal, PET, etc.) any shape (excluding conic). The modularity allowsproducing various modifications on the basis of TURBOPACK 186. Earlier models will be replaced by new TURBOPACK. New TURBOPACK 186 fully complies with European standards.
PASTPACK R
	This machine was designed for filling and packaging of liquid and pasty products which can contain soft additivesinto plastic containers with further sealing with foil and capping by plastic caps. PASTPACK R allows packagingof wide range of food products: sour cream, cream, yoghurt, dairy desserts, crumbly and cottage cheese, cottage cheese, processed cheese, butter, margarine, sauces.
PASTPACK VK
	PASTPAK VK is well known and reliable machine which is of constant demand from dairy enterprises. Machine is widely used for packaging of mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, honey. At the exhibition in Moscow new modification of the machine will be presented; it allows packaging the product into "doy-packs" with a volume up to 1 liter.
PITPACK SMART (stainless steel frame)
	PITPACK SMART in stainless steel frame is designed for gentle packaging of granulated cottage cheese into packages with a flat bottom. For the first time at the exhibition it will be presented in combination with multihead weighter with auger feeding, which provides accurate dosingof sticky and difficulty-sliding productsbytheir weight. Besides, the structure of granulated cottage cheese will not be damagedin the process of packing. Stainless steel frame and bactericidal treatment of packaging material allow preserving the freshness,good condition and other consumer qualities of the product, as well as extending its shelf life.

Within the scope of the exhibition "Dairy and Meat industry 2016," the company TAURAS-FENIX will participate in the conference "Security, technical and technological progress matters in the sphere of packaging of dairy products".At the conference, Sergey Chesnov, head of the division of Sales Department for dairy industry, TAURAS-FENIX, will make a presentation "Packaging of dairy products: modern solutions".
