NEW FILLING MACHINE FOR SMALL DAIRY PLANTS AND FARMS

Machinery works TAURAS-FENIX launched into manufacturing compact machine TRIBLOCK TF 1000 for filling milk and other dairy products. Like the other models in this raw the main features of TRIBLOCK TF 1000 are reliability, working efficiency and easy control.

«TF 1000» is intended for filling of milk, ryazhanka, kefir, yogurt, cream and other dairy products into PET bottles. This machine sequentially performs the following operations in its automatic mode: rinsing of bottles, filling of milk and liquid dairy products by the method of weight batching, and the capping of bottles with tamper evident plastic caps. The option "no bottle – no action", which the TRIBLOCK TF 1000, is equipped "on default", prevents wasteful loss of product and consumables. The control is performed with the remote control panel. This allows the user to changeover the machine from one size of PET bottle to another one.

In the raw of machines for filling of liquid products, serially produced by TAURAS-FENIX, the new model is positioned as equipment for small dairy plants, farms, and small-scale businesses. Maximum kinematic performance of “TF 1000” is 1000 bottles per hour. And small dimensions allow placing and effectively using the machine under the conditions of confined places.

Constructive design of TRIBLOCK «TF 1000» includes rinsing, filling and capping units on a single frame, provided with a protecting fence. This construction has several advantages, including high synchronization of all components, compactness, maintainability, increased sanitary protection of the internal space of the machine. Modularity allows you to extend the functionality of the «TF 1000» due to integration with additional units. Besides, this machine is quite easily integrated into existing processing lines at enterprises.

New machine, like the earlier models – «TF 1000» and «TF 6000», certified in accordance with the requirements of Russian standards, technical regulations of the Customs Union, and International standard CE Certificate of Conformity. To date new development has already been launched into serial production. It is expected that in the coming months the first machines-compact «TF 1000» will start functioning on dairy enterprises and farms in various regions of the country.
