PITPACK SMART is designed for packagingof loose, free flowing, powdery, granulated and small piece products into three-seam bags, formed from thermo sealed film. In advanced design PITPACK SMART is the best balance of compact dimensions and kinematical performance (up to 65 packs/ per min). Stated model is the best seller for small-scale businesses. LINEPACK F3M |

Packaging machine LINEPACK F3M is used for packing piece products into flow type packs. Being modernized LINEPACK F3M got a new look of modern European equipment. There were changes not only in design but also in constructive features. Safety and simplicity of machine usage were improved.
LINEPACK F3M is usually used for packaging of biscuits, wafers, marshmallows, bread, burgers, pancakes, pizza, ice cream, cheese, chocolate bars, as well as non-food items. |

TRIBLOCK TF 1000/3000/6000 |

TRIBLOCK TF 1000/3000/6000 is used for filling of wide variety of dairy products into PET bottles, as it follows: milk, kefir, ryazhanka, yogurt, cream. These machines consecutivelyrealize three technological functions: rinsing, filling still liquids in PET bottles and сapping with tamper evident plastic caps. Caps are disinfected with UV before the capping unit. Two-phase bottle rinsing can be offered into the technological cycle: disinfecting solution + water.
Itisperformedbymeansofsensordisplay device. Kinematical speed is the only essentialdifferencebetweenallmachinesmodifications. PITPACK OP 5 |

Depositing machine PITPACK OP 5 is designed for dosed forming of dough products of various types and dimensions (either with stuffing or without it). PITPACK OP 5is new generation machine. Depositing can be organized on a constantly moving baking tray or transporter belt due to movable forming unit (in vertical and horizontal directions). Forming unit consists of 2 hoppers; each hopper has 2 pairs of rolls which allow high speed and accurate dosing.
Pastry net is used for decoration of the top of dough productand can be a possible option. PITPACK OP5 is fully automated easy to use machine; it can be integrated into technological line with furnace conveyer; high kinematical speed is its distinguishing feature. Modularity of this machine allows manufacturing different modifications, based on its frame, according to the clients` requests.
