At the exhibition Modern Bakery Moscow 2016 from the 14th till the 17th of March, Machinery works TAURAS-FENIX will show recent development - automated Extruded Bar Linefor production of wide variety of candy, granola, fruit and baked bars.
This new complex allows producing bars from different bakery dough either sweet dough, sandy paste, oat pastry, choux paste or candy, protein masses, with dry fruits and/or cereals. Possibility to add the filling inside or at the top of products was foreseen in the construction of the machine.
There is extrusion machine, unit for guillotining or ultrasonic cutting, packaging machine in the standard accessories of mentioned complex.
Depending on manufacturing method of bars production there can be cooling tunnel, glazed machine, packaging unit in the structure of automated complex.
TAURAS-FENIX will demonstrate up to date compact automated bakery house in partnership with “Yugprodmash” and “Rushleb”. Operating in real time, this complex will show the cooking process from pastry making till the packaging of products.
Workshops will be conducted on the base of compact bakery house. Specialists of “Yugprodmash” and “Rushleb” will give detailed answers concerning the usage of bakery house, help to select the necessary ingredients and recipes, calculate the payback period.
Announced workshops will be taken place at TAURAS-FENIX`s stand from the 14th till the 17th of March on every day basis at 11:00, 14:00 and 16:00.
At the stand you will also be able to see filling and packaging equipment, which were totally updated, with regard to the modern market tendencies and European requirements for safety, manufacturability and external design.
