Modern compact bakery house: “All the way from A to Z”. From the 14th till the 17th March at Modern Bakery Moscow 2016 in Expocentre TAURAS-FENIX will be demonstrating food processing, filling and packaging equipment which allows organizing bakery manufacture with minimal expenses. Compact bakery will be organized by TAURAS-FENIX in partnership with “Yugprodmash” and “Rushleb” at the exhibition stand. All visitors will be able to observe the full process of cooking in real time. During the show all desired will getcomprehensive information and any assistance about all production stages.
Annually TAURAS-FENIX takes part at Modern Bakery Moscow, as this exhibition is the main specialized event for bread- and candy-makers from all over Russia. Every year TAURAS-FENIX demonstrates newly-designed equipment as a part of complex lines for producing, filling and packaging of food products for visitors and specialists. Taking part at exhibitions, company is not only wishes to present the solutions in packaging of goods but also proposes the clients the best possible variant for their businesses.
Under current conditions when customer demand is continuing to reduce on expensive confectionaries but the prices are being controlling for many baked goods by the State, there is a problem of lowprofitability of an enterprise. There may be the solution to increase the part of confectionaries with average prices, which are turned to be of high demand, as it is stated in the marketing researches. Just for this purpose TAURAS-FENIX will show the equipment which allows creating and developing of confectionaries with average prices and minimum expenses for production.
This year for the first time TAURAS-FENIX has participated at exhibition in partnership with “Yugprodmash”: the manufacturer of equipment for bakery production and “Rushleb”: producer of ingredients for bakery industry. This close cooperation with partners will allow TAURAS-FENIX to show compact bakery house in conditions which are close to real process of production: from dough-making to packaging of ready products. Compact bakery house, completed by TAURAS-FENIX`s and “Yugprodmash”`s equipment with ingredients from “Rushleb”, will support your bakery production. All visitors will be able to know the recipes, cost price and make sure that produced items have excellent taste!

Multipurpose depositing machine is designed for dose depositing viscous and semi-viscous half-finished pastries of various shapes and size with/without filling onto a baking tray in food industry. A wide range of cookies, spicy cakes, cakes (with/without) stuff, puffs, zephyr, sponge shortcakes and other confectionaries with stuff inside/outside the products; two-colored cookies of various shapes with/without stuff, products from cottage cheese can be produced by PITPACK OP 4. PITPACK 1004N is designed dosed filling of delicate products with protection against mechanical damage. Product is carefully packed due to possible product channel inclination. Tilt angle is selected within 0-45° depending on characteristics of the packed product. During the exhibition PITPACK 1004N will be operating together with combinational multihead weigher AMATA-КАТЕ-210, which is designed for accurately dose and fill free-flowing small, medium and large size products. |
