The machine is manufactured on the basis of Turbopak-254 and can be used both as stand-alone and as part of other lines.

The machine operates in automatic and semi-automatic mode.

The heat shrink tunnel is manufactured in accordance with the technical conditions that allow the machine to be operated at a temperature of +10 to + 35°C and a relative humidity of not more than 60% at a temperature of + 20°C. 254 AM-15 shall be installed away from flammable materials in well-ventilated areas, which interior meets the requirements of current Sanitary Rules and Regulations for this production.

The operation principle of the heat shrink machine 254 AM-15:

Packing items are automatically/manually delivered onto the feeding conveyor and picked up by the discharge conveyor.

The sensor system allows to automatically monitor the item length, stop the discharge conveyor while the sealing head is in operation, and move the item onto the conveyor of the heat shrink module.

Passing through the tunnel, the film shrinks and is cooled by the fan at the exit end.
