TURBOPAK 254 APp-12 automatic shrink film wrapping machine is designed for group transport packaging of Pure Pak type packages into heat shrink film on a substrate with vertical cardboard inserts. The vertical inserts are required for wrapping this type of packages, as they prevent the top cardboard comb from bending when packages are stacked on each other.
Product feeding, block forming, installation of a substrate and vertical cardboard partitions, shrink film wrapping and block transfer to the heat shrink tunnel for subsequent shrinkage are carried out in automatic mode. Depending on the requirements, the machine can be manufactured as the left or right version.
