The PITPACK OP1 depositing machine is designed for forming dough billets with or without filling directly onto the oven conveyor for subsequent baking. The machine works with a wide range of soft dough types, including gingerbread dough, shortbread-type soft doughs and semi-choux dough.

PITPACK OP1 is intended for medium and large-scale production facilities manufacturing high-volume baked goods. It integrates into a continuous baking line and is available in several widths — 1000, 900, 680 and 600 mm — allowing dough to be deposited directly onto the conveyor belt.

The machine is produced in several versions: with wire cutting, with diaphragm cutting, and with a combined configuration that includes a filling station for depositing products with internal filling. The filling unit is installed separately in a convenient working position.

A built-in microcontroller enables flexible adjustment of the depositing process, including continuous roller rotation, intermittent rotation and intermittent reverse rotation modes, allowing the operator to fine-tune product shape and weight.

Products to be packed:
Spice-cakes (also with stuffing), oatmeal cookies and other kinds of pastry of the dough similar to spice-cakes.
