The PITPACK OP2 is a versatile depositing and forming machine designed for producing a wide range of confectionery products from viscous and semi-viscous masses, with or without filling. The machine deposits shaped pieces onto baking trays for their further baking in tunnel or rack ovens.

The modular design allows installation of different roller dosing units depending on the product being processed: soft dough, shortcrust dough, choux pastry, spice dough, liquid sponge batter, marshmallow and zephyr masses, as well as similar confectionery formulations. For filled products, the machine can be equipped with a separate stuffing feeding station. The filling can be deposited inside the dough piece or applied on top.

A wide selection of nozzles enables forming products in round, square, triangular, two-color and other shapes. For marshmallow and zephyr production, the machine can be fitted with a heated hopper with temperature control to maintain the proper consistency during depositing.

The machine is controlled by a built-in microcomputer supporting up to 99 programmable recipes. All parameters are set via a user-friendly touch panel, ensuring repeatability and quick changeovers between different products.

Products to be packed:
A wide range of cookies, spice cakes, cakes, puffs, zephyr, sponge shortcakes and other pastry with/without stuffing, two-colored cookies with/without stuffing, products from cottage cheese as well as products from different kinds of mincemeat.
