The PITPAСK OP Mini is a compact depositing and wire-cutting machine designed for producing dough pieces from soft, liquid and shortcrust doughs on standard baking trays. It is suitable for small and medium-sized bakeries that require stable portioning accuracy and consistent product geometry.

The base module supports interchangeable roller dosing units, allowing the machine to work with doughs of different viscosity and structure. An optional rotary nozzle block expands the range of possible shapes and patterns for deposited products.

Thanks to its compact footprint, the PITPAСK OP Mini is easy to integrate into limited production spaces while delivering professional-level performance.
