RINSING

Rinsing is necessary to make the container hygienically ready for filling. Ozonated water and disinfectants are used for this purpose. The rinse is designed so that the rinse automatically covers all internal surfaces of the bottle.

FILLING

Immediately after rinsing, the bottles are transferred to the filling unit where the gas pressure in the bottle and tank is equalized. Once the pressure is equalized, the product is filled. Before filling, air will be pumped out of the container and gas will be supplied from the supply tank. When the product reaches the gas outlet tube, the filling stops. After - a smooth release of pressure in the bottle is made so that no gas is lost in the product.

CAPPING

The Pick&Place system is used to stow the cap on the bottle. The cap is treated with powerful UV lamps before feeding. Magnetic clutches are used to control the twisting force.

Machine composition

The rinsing, filling and capping area is protected by a safety fence with safety sensors.
