TAURAS-FENIX and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation will hold a Conference on Dairy Industry Development

On May 28, 2019, TAURAS-FENIX plant will hold a Conference on the topic: “Development of the equipment manufacturing for the dairy industry. Government support and competitive environment”. The Conference will be organised within the XI Dairy Olympiad framework, which will be held in St. Petersburg from May 26 to May 29, 2019.

The Conference program will address key issues affecting both industry trends and its development. The event experts will talk about ongoing and planned measures of State support for the industry, including subsidies for Russian manufacturers of equipment for food and processing industry, financial programs for processors. Invited market participants will share the experience of participation in the subsidy program; tell you how high-tech Russian equipment affects the performance indicators, automation and enterprises operation in general.

Svetlana Prodanova, Head of the Machine-Building Department for Food and Processing Industries of the Department of Agricultural, Food and Road Building Machinery of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, will tell the Conference participants about the results of in-progress subsidy program of 15-20% discounts for Russian equipment purchase, administrative barriers and conditions of participation, and give explanations on today’s changes made by the Ministry in Government Decree No. 547 and how these changes will affect agricultural machinery manufacturers and equipment manufacturers for food industry.

Alla Yelizarova, Director of Rosspetsmash Association of Specialized Machinery and Equipment Manufacturers, will make a report on the export potential of manufacturers of agricultural, road-building and trailed machinery and food equipment. She will inform enterprises about programs aimed at developing exports and promoting domestic products to foreign markets.

Svetlana Danilina, Director General of TAURAS-FENIX JSC, will talk with the participants about food engineering industry development prospects; discuss how the import substitution program affects enterprises and what mechanisms are the most effective for increasing the competitiveness of Russian equipment and domestic products.

The event will be moderated by Tatiana Gordeyeva, Marketing Director of TAURAS-FENIX JSC.

After the Conference, a field-trip to TAURAS-FENIX plant will be organised, where the complete manufacturing cycle of high-tech bottling lines and machines for filling of dairy products will be demonstrated.

At the end of the business part a gala dinner will be organised for the plant’s guests.
