TAURAS-FENIX Invites to RosUpack 2019 Exhibition

TAURAS-FENIX machinery works will present the sought-after high-speed packaging machine at the RosUpack Exhibition, which will be held from June 18 to June 21, 2019 in Moscow. Equipment for packaging of product into stick-pack bags accelerates to 360 packs per minute.

In the TURAS-FENIX packaging equipment line a significant part is occupied by vertical packaging solutions. Of these the most elaborate machines are based on a multiflow principle. Due to the parallelism of the processes the equipment is able to fully meet the packaging needs of mass-produced products. Performance will depend on the number of installed lanes (from 2 to 12 pcs.). Each machine produces up to 60 beats per minute.

Presented STICKPACK STP-250 is a compact and economical automatic packaging machine. It is justly the most popular for small and medium-sized enterprises. High performance of STICKPACK STP-250 (360 packs per minute) is achieved by the simultaneous operation of several lanes (in this case, 6 lanes). The equipment is intended for single-unit filling and packaging of free-flowing, dusting, small-piece and viscous products, as well as for packaging of chemical products of a powdery, piece or gel-like consistency into a container popular in the FMCG market, that is stick-pack bags. This type of packaging is very economical. Stick-pack bags have compact dimensions and do not loose shape, which is convenient for storage and transportation; they look presentable on grocery shelves. Small-format packaging today is of strong retail demand among customers and is popular with consumers. Equipping of production with this model is an effective solution. With relation to economic, the margins of the packaged product will be increased due to the smaller containers use; in terms of marketing, stick-format packaging is widely used for disposable products, so the entrepreneurs can expand sales markets by supplying not only to Retail, but also using a HoReCa segment. As for production processes optimisation the machine will be able to work both autonomously and to be successfully incorporated into the process line with other machines. The presented STICKPACK STP-250 machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with a pneumatic and servo motor. Any dispenser can be used with the machine - volumetric, auger, weight or liquid.

The machine work will be demonstrated by the example of sugar packaging.
