DetailsThe PITPACK 1005M is a vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine designed for high-speed packaging of dusty, powder, granular, free-flowing, small-piece and frozen food and non-food products. The machine is equipped with servo drives and an automatic film tracking system ensuring stable and precise operation at high speeds.
The unit supports forming tubes of both round and rectangular shape and can produce a variety of bag types including pillow bags, brick packs, block-bottom bags and quad-seal bags. Film unwinding, pulling and sealing assemblies are servo-controlled for maximum accuracy and performance.
Operation is controlled through a programmable controller with data input via a touch-screen interface.
