The PITPACK M3M is a high-performance vertical forming, filling and sealing (VFFS) machine designed for packaging a wide range of powder, granular, free-flowing, small-piece and frozen products into standard three-seam bags. The system is equipped with servo drives, automatic film tracking and a PLC-based control platform with a touch-screen interface.

Depending on product requirements, the machine can be configured with round or rectangular forming tubes and various types of dosing equipment, including auger, volumetric, linear or multihead weighers.

With a mechanical speed of up to 140 cycles/min, PITPACK M3M significantly increases packaging productivity while maintaining excellent sealing quality and process stability.

Products to be packed:

Bulk: grains, pasta, dried fruits, snacks, tea, coffee beans, candies, sugar, salt, etc.

Powders: dry milk, flour, starch, cocoa powder, etc.

Frozen: seafood, berries and vegetables, ready-to-cook meals, etc.

Non-food: dry household chemicals, bath salts, seeds, soil, fertilizers, animal food, etc.
