DetailsThe PITPACK TWIN is a high-performance dual-lane vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine designed for manufacturers who require maximum output in limited production space. The machine combines the functionality of two full-scale packaging units within a single compact stainless-steel frame.
The body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Servo-driven film pulling and sealing assemblies controlled by a central PLC ensure precise synchronization, stable film tracking and the formation of high-quality seals, including an optional perfectly flat bottom.
The machine reaches high operating speeds thanks to its dual-lane design. Each lane can run up to 90 cycles/min, resulting in a combined capacity of up to 180 packages/min. Distributing the load between two independent packaging streams significantly reduces wear of drive components.
A key advantage of the PITPACK TWIN is the flexibility to pack either two different products at the same time (one per lane) or the same product from a shared dosing system into both lanes simultaneously.
