TAURAS-FENIX resumes exhibition «AGROPRODMASH 2015»

Long-expected exhibition AGROPRODMASH 2015 took place from October, 5 till October, 9. It is one of the most prosperous and most essential exhibitions in Russia. Thousands of visitors, hundreds of interesting meetings and dozens of concluded contracts.

The first day exhibition stand of TAURAS-FENIX was visited by Deputy Chairman of Russian Federation State Duma, leader of “Edinaya Rossiya” with a question: “Is it difficult to lead the business in modern economic conditions?” The answer of TAURAS-FENIX President Sigitas Mickus was the following: “We are taking a ply to import substitution, advising by Russian Federation Government. We are chosen, bought and trusted by the customers all over Russia”. Received answer satisfied the government official completely. It proves the fact that all forces are being undertaken by the Government for substitution of foreign goods, are in time and important not only for customers but manufactures also.

This year TAURAS-FENIX is demonstrating innovations and know-hows in the sphere of transport group packaging. As explained by Valeriy Suprun Head of Automation and System integration department: “Manufacturing automation is the most important and necessary process of changing from using human labour to controlling all machine operating processes by automatic devices. Monotonous manual work (filling and packaging) is the cause of quick fatigability, it relaxes human attention and irrevocable technological mistakes can appear as a result. Mentioned below equipment were shown on TAURAS-FENIX stand for the attention of visitors:

PITPACK-SMART – vertical filling and packaging machine is designed to package wide variety of dust-forming, loose, granular, small-pieces, frozen food and non-food products into three-seam bags, are formed from thermo sealed film.

PASTPACK R – machine of rotor type is designed to dose and fill liquid and paste products containing soft, easy deformable additives of up to 10 mm into plastic cups with their further sealing with aluminum varnished foil and capping.

PACKAGING INTO BOXES – machine is designed to make corrugated board boxes from ready-made blanks by shaping the bottom and gluing it with the help of adhesive tape. It can be completed by glue station with glue capping for usage of thermo glue.

AUTOMATIC PACKER SPT-25 – is designed for group packaging into ready-made corrugated board boxes of different sizes.

CORRUGATED BOX GLUING MACHINE – is designed for gluing of corrugated boxes with products by adhesive tape.

TRAY PACKER – is used for tray automatic forming from corrugated board blanks either as a part of automatic operating lines or as manual product loading.

LINEPACK F3M – horizontal packaging machine is used for packing piece products (biscuits, wafers, marshmallows, burgers, pancakes, bread, soap bars, sponges, etc.) into flow-packs.

AUTOMATIC PACKER SGP-60V – horizontal packer SGP-60V is used for packing of bags and firm products in primary packaging into corrugated board boxes with average productivity till 60 packages/min.
