TAURAS-FENIX AT MODERN BAKERY

Machinery plant TAURAS-FENIX welcomes you to our stand at the leading baking and confectionery industry fair Modern Bakery Moscow held from April 22 to April 24.

More than 20 years leading Russian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers of bakery, confectionery equipment and food ingredients successfully participate in the trade show. This year TAURAS-FENIX is presenting to the visitors display of the advance production and packaging equipment, the result of our latest developments for confectionery, and also our best-sellers:

Multipurpose dough depositing machine PITPACK OP4 is amultifunctional automatic machine. It is possible to manufacture this machine with two or three hoppers for production from great range of ingredients:stiff and thin dough (from short paste and stiff gingerbread dough to biscuit and choux paste), curds and souffle sweetmeat mass, aerated fruit jelly, different types of thick and thin fillings. Machine is equipped with servo drives of main mechanisms and units that allows to achieve unbelievable range of forms of produced goods. Implementation with three hoppers makes it possible to produce one-coloured as well as two-coloured products with filling; unit of diaphragm cutting  allows to produce biscuits and spice cakes with much filling inside; changeable gear extrusion blocks performs depositing of double-coloured products from liquid masses, f.e. marble cakes or marshmallow soufflé with filling.  Completing units from European manufacturers, lightweight aluminum frame, rollers of stainless steel - all these and other advantages of multifunction machine PITPACK OP4 you could duly appreciate at our booth. Machine will be demonstrated while production of two-coloured shaped cookies, which we will gladly offer to our visitors.

Automatic packaging machine LINEPACK F3M is anupgraded machine in the range of horizontal LINEPACK machines which have earned great trust of Russian manufacturers for more than 15 years on the market. New machine stands out for the same features: proven reliability and high performance, as well as technical improvements, such as stainless implementation with possibility of straight water application, 3 servo drives, device for film unwinding with self-centering and adaptive brake mechanism, pre-heating of seams etc. Machine could perform both individual packaging and group packaging in corexes. At the trade show you will have an opportunity to see functionality of LINEPACK for biscuits packaging.

Vertical packaging machine PITPACK N (upgraded) designed specifically for fragile and delicate products (such as biscuits, crackers, waffles and glazed spice cakes) is indispensable in confectionary. Now you can adjust angle of slope from 0 to 45 degree, which means that not only delicate dosing of fragile products but high-speed packaging is possible. Machine is operating with different types of film, making simple pillow bags as well as bags with flat bottom and stable bags with sealed edges. Packaging stand will be shown as a part of the complex: feeding conveyor, multihead weigher with 10 heads and working platform. So you will have an opportunity to see complete packaging process as it is performed at production facilities.
