The automatic rotary Pastpack 4R machine and Pastpack 4RM with increased diameter of the rotary table and four-lane  working mode are designed for dose filling liquid and paste products containing soft, easy deformable additives of up to 10 mm in plastic cups with their further sealing with an aluminum varnished foil and capping.

Placing 4 slots in one position multiplies the performance by 4. Pastpack 4RM (upgraded version) differs by increased number of servos on the key units, which improves the performance and durability of the machine. Both machines can be supplied in the Ultra Clean versions for filling the product in a clean environment.

Ultra Clean version

  • Hopper equipped with a sterile air blowing system to preserve the microbiological parameters of the product
  • Closed chamber at the points of containers' disinfection, product filling, foil placing and sealing for the protection from the external environment
  • Feeding of sterile air into the chamber, purified from microorganisms and bacteria using HEPA-filters (Class H14)
  • Chamber treatment with 30% hydrogen peroxide
  • Containers' treatment with UV-radiation
Products to be packed:
Milk, yoghurt, sour cream, cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, curds, butter, spreads, oils, sauces, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, tomato paste, salads with fraction under 15 mm, seaweed, caviar, honey, marmalade, jam, chocolate paste, small piece snacks, nuts, chips, croutons, crackers, etc. Liquid and paste non-food products: chemicals, liquid soap, washing fluids, etc.
