Belt feeding instead of the traditional vibration based one allows the dosing of fragile and delicate products without damaging them.
Linear combinational weigher with 10 weighing pockets is designed to accurately dose and fill delicate and fragile products.The principle of combinational dosing grants high packing accuracy while maintaining high efficiency (up to 30 doses/min). All parts in contact with the product are made of polished stainless steel. The weigher is equipped with an automatic dosing process adjustment function together with function of rejection. Multihead weigher can be used as an independent unit with an external control system or as a combination with filling & packaging machines of Tauras-Fenix.
Fragile and delicate products: cookies with glazing, waffels, crackers, chips, fragile kinds of macaroni, etc.
