Auger filler set for the dosing and filling of complex products

This set of auger fillers is designed for a filling and packaging production line of quick-cooking porridge (a product of mixed components). Such unit can be adapted for similar products or upgraded based on the needs of each client.

The hoppers of the fillers are equipped with two sensors measuring the levels of the product. Every filler is equipped with warning lights to inform about the product running out beforehand. There is a possibility to adjust every filler to a definite angle to get the required dose.

All the fillers are installed on a trestle frame, which provides easy access and maintenance.  The machine is operated by a freely-programmable controller in an electric cabinet, which is shared among all fillers. There is also a possibility to put up control boards for each filler separately to set different doses.
