Line performs packaging of sweets into bags (incl. bags with sealed edges) and further packaging of ready bags into cardboard boxes of American case type. High-tech line equipment and operation in fully automatic mode ensure high capacity of the complex.
Working platform for multihead weighers. Eases access to the dosers for maintenance and washing.
Multihead weighers MP-214. For speed highly-accurate dosing. Capacity: up to 140 doses/min. Product delivery to the dosers is performed from production system of the Customer.
Vertical packaging machines Maya. Packaging stands of Italian brand MC&SIGITASPAK perform packaging of product into heat-sealable bags of different types (pillow-bag, flat bottom, sealed edges). Capacity: up to 90 pcs/min.
Box former with gluing station. Performs forming of bags (american case type) from corrugated pre-forms and sealing of the bottom with hot glue.
Automatic placing machine. Performs positioning of the bags delivered from the packaging stand and their grouping in blocks 6x2. Then blocks are carried into boxes.
System of outlet containers. Performs transportation of filled boxes to the automatic gluing machine.
Automatic gluing machine. Performs box sealing with hot glue.
Output of the ready product to the roller conveyors.
