Line performs filling of fruit jellies in the cardboard containers with further packaging into flow-pack bags. Distinguishing feature of the line is absence of standart packaging stand – fruit jellies are filled into boxes that are loaded straight on the conveyor belt.
Vibrating chute for the product. Performs discharge of the product to the feeding conveyor.
Feeding belt L-shape conveyor. Performs product delivery to the multihead weigher.
Multihead weighers MP-214. For speed highly-accurate dosing. Capacity: up to 140 doses/min.
Working platform for multihead weigher. Eases access to the doser for maintenance and washing.
Special transport system with unit of container loading. Cardboard boxes are loaded into storage magazine, then discharge is performed automatically. Empty boxes are transported to the area of product filling, then to the horizontal packaging machine.
