Line is designed for filling and packaging of chocolate sweets into heat-sealable pillow bags and their further placing into corrugated boxed to form transport package. Capacity of the complex: up to 200 pcs/min, up to 500 boxes/hour.
Vibrating chute for the product. Performs discharge of the product to the feeding conveyor.
Feeding belt L-shape conveyor. Performs product delivery to the multihead weigher.
Multihead weighers MP-214. For speed highly-accurate dosing.
Working platform for multihead weigher. Ensures reliable erection of the weigher and protection against vibration.
Filling and packaging stand PITPACK 1005M. Vertical high-production packaging machine. It performs product packaging into pillow bags, bags with flat bottom, bags with sealed edges with speed of up to 120 cycles/min.
Outlet conveyor. Performs transportation of bags from the packaging stand to the automatic placing machine.
Box former. Forms cardboard boxes from corrugated pre-forms.
Automatic placing machine. Performs forming bags in blocks 2x1 and their placing in layers into formed boxes.
Automatic gluing machine. Seals filled boxes with scotch tape.
Marking machine. Places pressure-sensitive label on the ready boxes.
