Automatic machine of linear-rotary type TF-RPP 6000 is designed for filling liquid products in Gable Top Cartons (Pure-Pak®, Tetra Rex®, Diamond Curve® package).

Working process includes bag forming from cardboard blanks, cap welding (optionally), volumetric dose filling, hermetic sealing and date printing.

Ultra Clean version provides filling and packaging in clean environment.

  • Closed chamber for protection from external environment
  • Feeding of sterile air into the chamber, purified from microorganisms and bacteria using HEPA-filters (Class H14)
  • Bags treatment with hydrogen peroxide steam with following drying by hot sterile air and ventilation
  • Caps UV-treatment
