Line for filling and packaging of dairy products


Line performs fully automated filling of liquid and semi-viscous dairy products (sour cream, yoghurt etc) into ready plastic container (cup) with foil sealing and capping, further transportation, grouping into blocks and block carrying to the formed cardboard tray.

  1. PASTPACK 4R. Filling and packaging machine of rotary type PASTPACK 4R performs product filling into ready plastic container, sealing with foil / film, capping (option). Capacity is up to 160 pcs/min.
  2. Outlet conveyor. Performs transportation of ready cups to the groupping device.
  3. Grouping device. Performs automatic groupping of cups into blocks 3х4 for further packaging in tray.
  4. Manipulator. Performs automatic carrying of product blocks to the formed trey.
  5. Machine for tray forming. Machine performs forming of tray with slots from corrugated pre-forms. Machine consists of: conveyor- substrate storage unit, unit of substrate delivery, transport system, system of glue delivery, mechanism for placing substrates in tray / tray with slots and edges gluing, pressings, safeguard.
  6. Sealing stand. Performs wrapping of tray with products with heat-shrinkable film for further shrinkage.
  7. Two-section thermo tunnel. Performs film shrinkage in order to get transport package.


Line for filling and packaging of flowing products


Line performs fully automatic filling of flowing small-, medium- and large-fraction products (processed food, confectionery products etc) into flow-pack bags formed from reel heat-sealable material, further transportation of ready bags and placing them into corrugated box of american case type.

  1. Product hopper Allows to perform loading of large volume of product; automatically delivers product to the feeding conveyor.
  2. Feeding Z-shaped bucket conveyor. Performs transportation of the product to the doser.
  3. Miltihead weigher MP-210. Performs highly-accurate speed dosing of product on the principle of combinational dosing.
  4. Working platform for weigher. Is designed for erection of multihead weigher above the packaging stand. It eases access to the dosers for maintenance and washing.
  5. Packaging stand PITPACK Smart. Mchine performs packaging of the product into flow-pack bags formed from reel heat-sealable material. Capacity: up to 65 cycles/min.
  6. Outlet conveyor. Performs transportation of ready bags from packaging stand to the monoblock SPM.
  7. Robotic monoblock SPM. Performs automatic placing of the ready bags into boxes (american case type) formed from corrugated preforms and their further sealing with scotch tape. Capacity: up to 120 pcs/min, up to 22 boxes/min.


Line to produce chocolate glazed curd bars


Line is designed for production of chocolate glazed curd bars and their packaging into flow-pack type bags in fully automatic mode. It could be made in modifications with capacity of 6000 pcs/hour (Line LGS 6000) or 10000 pcs/hour (Line LGS 10000).

  1. Forming machine. Performs forming of curd bar from curd raw product. It could be completed with station of stuffing delivery.
  2. Glazing machine. Performs bars covering with chocolate coating. Could be completed with sprinkling machine (for application of coconut flakes, chocolate crumbs, nuts etc.) or device for decoration with liquid product (decorating with white chocolate etc.).
  3. Cooling tunnel. Performs cooling of the bars for glaze to harden.
  4. Linear automatic placing machine. Performs phase positioning of the bars for further packaging.
  5. Horizontal packaging machine Linepack FA. Machine performs packaging of ready curd bars into flow-pack bags formed from rolled heat-sealable material. Implementation: stainless steel. Capacity: up to 120 cycles/min.


Line for filling and packaging of chocolate sweets


Line is designed for filling and packaging of chocolate sweets into heat-sealable pillow bags and their further placing into corrugated boxed to form transport package. Capacity of the complex: up to 200 pcs/min, up to 500 boxes/hour.

  1. Vibrating chute for the product. Performs discharge of the product to the feeding conveyor.
  2. Feeding belt L-shape conveyor. Performs product delivery to the multihead weigher.
  3. Multihead weighers MP-214. For speed highly-accurate dosing.
  4. Working platform for multihead weigher. Ensures reliable erection of the weigher and protection against vibration.
  5. Filling and packaging stand PITPACK 1005M. Vertical high-production packaging machine. It performs product packaging into pillow bags, bags with flat bottom, bags with sealed edges with speed of up to 120 cycles/min.
  6. Outlet conveyor. Performs transportation of bags from the packaging stand to the automatic placing machine.
  7. Box former. Forms cardboard boxes from corrugated pre-forms.
  8. Automatic placing machine. Performs forming bags in blocks 2x1 and their placing in layers into formed boxes.
  9. Automatic gluing machine. Seals filled boxes with scotch tape.
  10. Marking machine. Places pressure-sensitive label on the ready boxes.


Line to produce chocolate glazed curd bars


Line is designed for production of chocolate glazed curd bars, packaging them into flow-pack type bags and their further placing into corrugated boxes in fully automatic mode. Capacity of the line: 20'000 pcs/ hour.

  1. Forming machine. Performs forming of curd bar from curd raw product. It could be completed with station of stuffing delivery.

Line for filling and packaging of spreads


Line performs fully automatic filling of spreads into ready containers (cup/ rectangular containers) with foil sealing and capping, further transportation, grouping in blocks and carrying of blocks to the formed cardboard trays, wrapping them with film and heat shrinkage in order to make transport package.

  1. PASTPACK 6L. Filling and packaging linear machine PASTPACK 6L performs filling of the product into ready plastic container, foil/film sealing, capping (option). Capacity: up to 210 pcs/min.
  2. Outlet conveyor. Performs transportation of ready cups to the grouping device.
  3. Grouping device. Performs automatic grouping of cups in blocks 3х4 for further packaging in tray.
  4. Manipulator. Performs automatic carrying of product blocks to the formed trey.

Butter roses production line


Line is designed for producing butter "roses" - popular HoReCa semimanufactures. Linear modules arrange roses forming from butter, their cooling and deep freezing, as well as packaging into three-seam bags.

  1. Pitpack OP4. Multipurpose depositing machine.
  2. Cooling tunnel.
  3. Freezing complex.
  4. Loading conveyor.
  5. Multihead weigher.
  6. Platform.

Line for packaging of sweets


Line performs packaging of sweets into bags (incl. bags with sealed edges) and further packaging of ready bags into cardboard boxes of American case type. High-tech line equipment and operation in fully automatic mode ensure high capacity of the complex.

  1. Working platform for multihead weighers. Eases access to the dosers for maintenance and washing.
  2. Multihead weighers MP-214. For speed highly-accurate dosing. Capacity: up to 140 doses/min. Product delivery to the dosers is performed from production system of the Customer.
  3. Vertical packaging machines Maya. Packaging stands of Italian brand MC&SIGITASPAK perform packaging of product into heat-sealable bags of different types (pillow-bag, flat bottom, sealed edges). Capacity: up to 90 pcs/min.
  4. Box former with gluing station. Performs forming of bags (american case type) from corrugated pre-forms and sealing of the bottom with hot glue.
  5. Automatic placing machine. Performs positioning of the bags delivered from the packaging stand and their grouping in blocks 6x2. Then blocks are carried into boxes.
  6. System of outlet containers. Performs transportation of filled boxes to the automatic gluing machine.
  7. Automatic gluing machine. Performs box sealing with hot glue.
  8. Output of the ready product to the roller conveyors.


Line for filling and packaging of fruit jellies


Line performs filling of fruit jellies in the cardboard containers with further packaging into flow-pack bags. Distinguishing feature of the line is absence of standart packaging stand – fruit jellies are filled into boxes that are loaded straight on the conveyor belt.

  1. Vibrating chute for the product. Performs discharge of the product to the feeding conveyor.
  2. Feeding belt L-shape conveyor. Performs product delivery to the multihead weigher.
  3. Multihead weighers MP-214. For speed highly-accurate dosing. Capacity: up to 140 doses/min.
  4. Working platform for multihead weigher. Eases access to the doser for maintenance and washing.
  5. Special transport system with unit of container loading. Cardboard boxes are loaded into storage magazine, then discharge is performed automatically. Empty boxes are transported to the area of product filling, then to the horizontal packaging machine.
  6. Horizontal packaging machine Linepack F3M. Performs packaging of filled with product boxes into flow-pack bags. Capacity: up to 120 pcs/min.
